## About this tender

Le marché a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de coordinateur en matière de sécurité et de protection de la santé (CSPS) en phases conception et réalisation pour les besoins d'Eau de Paris. L'accord-cadre est relatif à des missions de coordination de sécurité et de santé des travailleurs dans le cadre de travaux réalisés sur les sites et ouvrages d'Eau de Paris (réseaux, aqueducs, usines, réservoirs, bâtiments, etc.). Les travaux peuvent également avoir lieu dans des ouvrages hors site d'Eau de Paris (égouts). Dans le cadre de la mission qui lui sera confiée par Eau de Paris, le coordonnateur SPS interviendra tant au stade de la phase de conception du projet que pendant toute la durée des travaux. L'accord-cadre est passé pour une durée ferme de 1 an, reconductible 3 fois pour une période de 2 ans, soit une durée maximale de 7 ans. Les montants maximums sont fixés comme suit : - Période initiale : 300 000 euro(s) HT sur 1 an ; - Reconductions : 600 000 euro(s) HT par période de 2 ans. Soit un montant maximum de 2 100 000 euro(s) HT toutes périodes confondues
