Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je tak změna dokončené stavby, realizovaná výhradně v interiéru a bez zásahů do vnějších částí objektu, hmotového řešení, zastavené plochy nebo výškového uspořádání. Stavební úpravy se týkají zejména 2. a částečně i 3. nadzemního podlaží, kde dochází k úpravám dispozičního řešení, změně způsobu užívání vybraných místností a modernizaci technických instalací v souladu se současnými provozními požadavky Zadavatele. Stavební práce dle této veřejné zakázky budou realizovány za provozu objektu a souběžně s probíhající rekonstrukcí objektu, která je prováděna jiným dodavatelem. Z tohoto důvodu je nutné počítat s koordinací prací, časovým a prostorovým sladěním postupů a respektováním organizačních a bezpečnostních opatření vyplývajících z paralelní realizace stavebních činností.
