El edificio albergará espacios de servicios comunes de prototipado, talleres-laboratorios de configuración flexible, incubación empresarial y desarrollo de negocio; de esta manera, se cubrirán deficiencias estructurales de la UPV en el recorrido desde el resultado científico y la creación de riqueza. Para realizar la licitación de esta obra es imprescindible disponer de un proyecto básico y de ejecución.
