In addition there are a number of smaller exhaust fans. The municipality also has approx. 150 smaller air-to-air heat pumps, refrigeration systems and DX machines. The systems are a mix of newer and older models. The number of installations may change during the agreement period. Horten municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement to cover the municipality ́s ongoing need for operation and maintenance for ventilation services and associated materials. The municipality may need to purchase materials for work carried out by its own employees. The need is to ensure operational security in municipal buildings as well as heating and air quality, with the accompanying good inside climate as well as energy economic systems.
