Der Auftrag umfasst insbesondere DNA-Extraktion, Bisulfit-Konversion, DNAm-Analysen mittels Illumina EPIC/EPIC-XTRA Arrays, technische Qualitätskontrollen sowie Datenaufbereitung und -bereitstellung. Die Analysen erfolgen im Rahmen einer longitudinalen Panelstudie über mehrere Messzeitpunkte mit insgesamt voraussichtlich rund 1.700 Speichelproben.
