Mając na względzie przepis art. 441 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do skorzystania z prawa opcji, polegającego na przedłużeniu okresu świadczenia usług w etapie po zakończeniu realizacji robót (rękojmia i gwarancja) - maksymalnie o 12 miesięcy, 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz jego wielkość i zakres określone zostały w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia oraz w załącznikach do SWZ. 4.
