Το προτεινόμενο έργο αφορά στην ανάπτυξη και εγκατάσταση ενός ολοκληρωμένου Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος Command & Control (C2) και Επιχειρησιακής Εικόνας (Common Operational Picture – COP) για το Λιμενικό Σώμα – Ελληνική Ακτοφυλακή (Λ.Σ.-ΕΛ.ΑΚΤ.). Το σύστημα αυτό έχει ως στόχο την ενίσχυση της επιχειρησιακής ικανότητας του Λιμενικού για την άμεση, συντονισμένη και αποτελεσματική απόκριση σε περιστατικά που άπτονται της θαλάσσιας ασφάλειας, της φύλαξης των θαλασσίων συνόρων, της αντιμετώπισης κρίσεων, καθώς και της υποστήριξης καθημερινών αποστολών επιτήρησης, διάσωσης και ελέγχου.
