## About this tender

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών που αφορά εργασίες αντιπλημμυρικής προστασίας τμημάτων των υδατορεμάτων της ΠΕ Ηρακλείου, κυρίως αυτών που βρίσκονται εντός κηρυγμένων περιοχών έκτακτης ανάγκης Πολιτικής Προστασίας της Π.Ε. Ηρακλείου, εντός των Ζωνών Δυνητικά Υψηλού Κίνδυνου Πλημμύρας (ΖΔΥΚΠ) και εντός αστικών περιοχών και οικισμών, εντός των διοικητικών ορίων της ΠΕ Ηρακλείου. Η παροχή υπηρεσιών αφορά την εκτέλεση πάσης φύσεως εργασιών καθαρισμού της κοίτης υδατορεμάτων από απορρίμματα, μπάζα ή βλάστηση που δυσκολεύουν την ελεύθερη απορροή των υδάτων από τη φυσική κοίτη των υδατορεμάτων αποκαθιστώντας την παροχετευτική τους ικανότητα. Οι εργασίες δεν θα πραγματοποιηθούν εντός περιοχών Natura 2000 και εντός υγροτόπων του ΠΔ των μικρών Νησιωτικών υγροτόπων (ΦΕΚ 229 ΑΑΠ/ 2012). Οι εργασίες αυτές έχουν ως στόχο μία ποιοτική επέμβαση, δηλαδή να αποκατασταθεί η υδραυλική διατομή σε τμήματα των ρεμάτων, κυρίως αυτών που βρίσκονται εντός κηρυγμένων περιοχών έκτακτης ανάγκης Πολιτικής Προστασίας και εντός περιοχών ΖΔΥΚΠ για την αύξηση της παροχετευτικότητας τους και την αντιπλημμυρική τους προστασία ...κλπ ως παράρτημα Ι διακήρυξης.
