Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zhotovení stavby č. 43776 „P+R DEPO Zličín“ (dále jen „stavba“), na základě projektové dokumentace ve stupni dokumentace pro výběr zhotovitele (DVZ) zpracované společností METROPROJEKT a.s. se sídlem Argentinská 1621/36, 170 00 Praha 7, IČO: 452 71 895. Stavba P+R je v blízkosti stanice metra „B“ Zličín, při ulici Na Radosti. Objekt je situován v krátkých docházkových vazbách na stanici metra trasy „B“ Zličín a také navazující budoucí zastávky autobusové dopravy MHD a regionálního systému PID. Parkovací dům je navržen jako pětipodlažní dvojtrakt s polorampovým uspořádáním vnitřních ramp, znamenající posunutí úrovně obou traktů o polovinu výšky podlaží. Podrobná specifikace předmětu plnění, včetně obchodních, fakturačních a dalších podmínek je stanovena v Příloze č. 2 Návrh smlouvy o dílo – závazné obchodní podmínky.
