The Contracting Authority has determined that a modular facility is required. The successful tenderer shall assume responsibility for off-site modular fabrication (either in its own right or through the engagement of subcontractors) and for the delivery, lifting, alignment and positioning of all modular building units. The two-storey modular accommodation is to be sited to the rear of the Hospital’s Technical Services Department and adjacent to the Laboratory Directorate in a busy car parking area.
