Die Planerleistung wird für die Genehmigungsplanung inklusive Bauprojekt angefragt. Optional ist die Ausführungsplanung, die Ausführung mit Bauleitung und die Inbetriebnahme anzubieten. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt in diesem Projekt die Funktion als Fachplaner Technik (Bau und Stahlwasserbau inkl. Geländer, Gitterroste etc. sowie Elektro- und Leittechnik) im Sinne von Art. 2.4 der SIA-Norm 103/108 inklusive der Fachkoordination für seinen gesamten Arbeitsumfang. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst die folgenden Projektphasen: ? Vor-/Bau-/Auflageprojekt (Teilphasen 31, 1. Teil von 32 und 33 gemäss SIA) ? Vervollständigung Bauprojekt (2. Teil von Teilphase 32 gemäss SIA) Die Ermittlung des wirtschaftlichsten Angebotes wird nach Leistungs- und Preiskriterien erfolgen.
