Dans ce contexte, Aéroports de Paris prévoit la création d'une centrale électrique ICAS1B au sein de la centrale CTFE (Centrale Thermo Frigo Electrique) de la plateforme de Paris Charles de Gaulle afin d'exploiter deux nouveaux groupes électrogènes qui devront assurer l'alimentation de secours du satellite AGEN, mais également d'un autre satellite ou aérogare restant à définir.
