## About this tender

Le plancher actuel est le plancher d’origine et a donc plus de 100 ans. Il a été fortement sollicité au fil des années et par les activités exercées par le Théâtre (nombreux montages, répétitions, spectacles, festivals, démontages…, etc.). La structure du bois existant, de type résineux, a été détruite et le plancher se délite. L’équipe technique du Théâtre ne peut, à ce jour, plus utiliser le plancher sans tapis de danse car les morceaux de plancher qui s’arrachent risquerait de blesser les utilisateurs. Il est à ce jour indispensable de remplacer le plancher existant par un nouveau plancher en bois massif. Nous avons choisi de travailler avec un plancher en chêne massif car celui-ci, par ces caractéristiques techniques, offre une durée de vie importante.
