Projektet opføres på Elna Munchs Plads, Vanløse i København. I forbindelse med projektet opføres der ca. 45 m2 kælder hovedsagelig til teknik. Stueplan består af ca. 1200 m2 erhverv til dagligvarebutik (Lidl) med ca. 90 m2 indskudt dæk og 70 m2 trappe- elevatorrum. Herudover, er der affaldsrum og cykelparkeringsrum i stueplan på henholdsvis 48 og 61 m2. 1. – 4 sal udføres som boliger, hvor der opføres 33 boliger udført som bofællesskab med servicefaciliteter og personalerum til Københavns Kommunes socialforvaltning (SOF).
