[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Predmet javne službe je vzdrževanje javne razsvetljave na območju občine Ankaran ter izvajanje drugih storitev, potrebnih za nemoteno opravljanje javne službe, skladno s 4. členom Odloka o podelitvi koncesije za izvajanje izbirne gospodarske javne službe vzdrževanja javne razsvetljave na območju občine Ankaran (Uradni list RS, št. 2/2026; v nadaljevanju: Odlok). Postopek se izvaja po določbah Odloka, v skladu z zakonom, ki ureja področje gospodarskih javnih služb in ob smiselni uporabi zakona, ki ureja področje javnega naročanja, kot odprti postopek. Naročnik (koncedent) bo z izbranim ponudnikom (koncesionar), ki izpolnjuje razpisne pogoje in je glede na merilo najugodnejši ponudnik, sklenil koncesijsko pogodbo. Javni razpis je objavljen za obdobje trajanja koncesijskega razmerja 8-ih let, kakor predvideva Odlok, pri čemer se koncesijska pogodba najprej sklene za obdobje 4-ih let in se nato lahko podaljša največ za čas trajanja koncesijskega razmerja, skladno z določili razpisa in veljavne zakonodaje. Izbranemu ponudniku bo izdan koncesijski akt (odločba) za obdobje 4-ih let. Koncesijsko obdobje začne teči z dnem začetka veljavnosti koncesijske pogodbe.
