The agency service contains the orders made by customer via the supplier’s electronic ordering system and the products delivered to the delivery addresses appointed by the customer. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1 Service description. The contract period is three (3) years. The customer reserves the possibility to use a two-year (2) option period in the procurement. The customer chooses one supplier with which it makes an agreement. The annual estimated value of the procurement (excluding VAT) is 60 000 €.
