De aanbestedende dienst wenst een nieuwe categorie toe te voegen aan het product "Kortdurend Verblijf". Deze categorie betreft het volgende: Het betreft jeugdigen met een zeer intensieve en complexe zorgvraag, waarbij sprake is van meervoudige problematiek zoals medische aandoeningen, ontwikkelachterstand en/of ontwikkelingsstoornissen. Voorbeelden van deze problematiek zijn verstandelijke beperking, autismespectrumstoornissen, somatische problematiek (zoals epilepsie, zintuigelijke aandoeningen, slikproblemen). Deze categorie biedt een tijdelijke, beschermde woonomgeving waarin de jeugdige integrale zorg ontvangt, inclusief begeleiding, verzorging en waar nodig medische ondersteuning. Er is specialistische expertise aanwezig. Kennis en ervaring op het gebied van complexe ontwikkelingsstoornissen, lichamelijke beperkingen en medische zorgbehoeften is beschikbaar. Bij categorie 3 wordt gewerkt aan doelen vanuit de ondersteuningsbehoefte van jeugdige en/of gezin. Nog niet bekend.
