Plnění veřejné zakázky bude zahrnovat zejména: 1. dopracování architektonické studie, a to včetně nezbytných průzkumů, zaměření stávajícího stavu a pasportizace dotčených objektů a ploch, 2. vypracování projektové dokumentace pro povolení záměru, včetně zajištění a zapracování potřebných průzkumů a podkladů, 3. výkon inženýrské činnosti směřující k zajištění vydání příslušných povolení a dalších správních rozhodnutí nezbytných pro realizaci záměru, a to až do fáze jejich pravomocnosti, pokud to povaha daného aktu vyžaduje, 4. vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby a pro výběr zhotovitele. Předmět plnění se týká zejména těchto řešených objektů a ploch: • budova zámku včetně přístavby, zahrnující provozy a funkční celky: o prohlídkový okruh, o prohlídkový okruh – muzeum Kobzáň, o prohlídkový okruh – knihovna Terezín, o obecní úřad, • budova polyfunkčního objektu, zahrnující provozy a funkční celky: o ubytovna / hotel, o kavárna / restaurace, o knihovna, o pošta, • přilehlé venkovní plochy, včetně případné koordinace s navazujícím samostatně připravovaným projektem zpevněných ploch. Součástí plnění dodavatele bude i vzájemná koordinace jednotlivých částí návrhu tak, aby výsledná projektová dokumentace tvořila věcně, technicky a provozně provázaný celek a umožnila řádnou přípravu a následnou realizaci záměru.
