[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Die Stadt Buchen (Odenwald) plant den Neubau der Jakob-Mayer-Grundschule, bestehend aus zwei Gebäuden (davon eines mit Teilunterkellerung), verbunden mit einem Verbindungsgang sowie die konstruktive und technische Umsetzung eines zukunftsfähigen und flexibel nutzbaren Schulkomplexes im Rahmen einer Generalunternehmer-Ausschreibung im 2- stufigem Vergabeverfahren. Das Projektgebiet befindet sich auf dem Turn-Heinrich-Platz auf den Flurstücken 2195 und 2195/2. Grundlage des Verfahrens ist die vorliegende Vorentwurfsplanung ohne vollständige TGA Planung, sowie die schlüsselfertige Errichtung des Neubaus. Die Stadt Buchen beabsichtigt, die aktuelle Vorentwurfsplanung fortzuschreiben. Die aktuelle Planung sieht eine Holz-Hybrid-Bauweise vor. Die Stadt ist allerdings nicht auf eine Holz-Hybrid-Bauweise festgelegt. Die Konstruktion ist nach Konzept des Bieters frei wählbar. Eine Planungsoptimierung ist ausdrücklich gewünscht. Für das Neubauvorhaben liegen entsprechender Förderbescheid vor. Damit sind planerische, terminliche und finanzielle Abhängigkeiten verbunden, die das Projekt maßgeblich prägen. Die Nettogrundfläche umfasst insgesamt etwa 2.518 m². Die Inbetriebnahme des Neubaus ist spätestens bis zum Schulbeginn 2028/2029 (BW) vorgesehen. Der Auftraggeber sieht für das Projekt ein Budget von höchstens ca. 10,0 Mio. Euro (KG 300-400 nach DIN 276 in aktueller Fassung, brutto) vor. Es handelt sich um eine Kostenobergrenze, vgl.
