Sopimuskausi on suunniteltu alkavaksi 1.6.2026. Aloitusaikataulu on arvio ja sopimus syntyy vasta kirjallisten sopimusten allekirjoituksilla. Varsinainen sopimuskausi on voimassa 31.5.2027 asti. Sopimukseen sisältyy optio sopimuksen jatkamisesta toistaiseksi voimassa olevana, kuuden (6) kuukauden irtisanomisajalla. Optiokauden käytöstä päättää hankintapalvelut ja päätös ilmoitetaan hyvissä ajoin toimittajille. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen, joista kumpaankin valitaan enintään kolme (3) eniten pisteitä saanutta tarjoajaa. Hankinnasta muodostetaan puitejärjestely kahteen kohderyhmään: Osa 1. Rakennustarvikkeet Osa 2. Rakennuspuutavara. Molempiin kohderyhmiin valitaan enintään kolme (3) eniten kokonaispisteitä saanutta toimittajaa.
