Met de geselecteerde inschrijver zal een raamovereenkomst worden gesloten met een maximale looptijd van vier (4) jaar. De initiële contractduur bedraagt twee (2) jaar, met de mogelijkheid voor de aanbestedende dienst om de overeenkomst tweemaal met één (1) jaar te verlengen. De uitvraag is zodanig opgesteld dat deze ziet op de koop, levering, plaatsing en gebruiksklaar opleveren van vier (4) prefab woonunits en bergingen, alsmede op alle bijkomende leveringen en werkzaamheden die noodzakelijk zijn om volledig te voldoen aan de scope van de opdracht. De aanbestedende dienst heeft op dit moment geen volledig inzicht in haar toekomstige huisvestingsbehoefte. De verwachting is dat gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst maximaal acht (8) aanvullende woonunits zullen worden gekocht. Dit aantal is indicatief. Aan alle in de aanbestedingsdocumenten genoemde aantallen en verwachtingen kunnen door inschrijvers geen rechten worden ontleend en de aanbestedende dienst is niet gehouden tot enige minimale afname.
