Ďalej demontáž jestvujúcich okenných a dverných výplní, vybúranie, domurovanie časti muriva fasády a priečok v zmysle PD, realizácia omietok špaliet otvorov vo fasáde (príprava pre osadenie výplní). Ďalej výmena vykurovacích telies za nové je riešená na 2.PP, 1.PP, prízemí a na podlažiach 1.- 14. pre budovu internátu bloku A. vykurovacie telesá sú navrhnuté na teplotný spád 60/45 °C na základe požiadavky investora, resp. dodávateľa tepla MH TH.
