Služby technického dozoru stavebníka a koordinátora BOZP budou poskytovány v následujících rolích: a) Senior projektový manažer (Správce stavby), b) Projektový manažer (Asistent Správce stavby), c) Cenový manažer, d) Autorizovaná osoba (statika a dynamika staveb), e) Specialista na technické zařízení budov (TZB), f) Specialista na elektrické instalace, g) Specialista na požární bezpečnost staveb, h) BIM specialista i) Technický dozor stavebníka j) Koordinátor BOZP k) a případně dalších rolích dle aktuálních potřeb projektu a to ve všech fázích tohoto projektu, resp. od fáze přípravy do fáze realizace stavby dle potřeby. Odměna za tyto služby musí být konstruována jako hodinová sazba. Předpokládaný rozsah plnění činí ve fázi přípravy záměru v průměru 200 hodin měsíčně, a ve fázi realizace stavby v průměru 400 hodin měsíčně.
