This contract applies to the Somatic Building, which is located centrally on the Aker site. The Somatic Building has a total area of approximately 130,000 m² and is divided into a base section and a high-rise section. 2421 Carpentry Works 1 consists of the following main deliverables. The list is not exhaustive. A complete overview of the deliverables is described in Appendix C2 – Technical Description. Walls: Interior furring of exterior walls, internal walls, skirts Fixed gypsum ceilings Waterproofing membrane on walls and floor slabs Casings and trim: For windows and doors Backing battens Various auxiliary works Installation of doors and windows Lightweight floor structures/beam ceilings Any adjacent works that the Client requires for progress-related reasons.
