In diesem Projekt soll der Stadtbahnbetriebshof Bonn Dransdorf unter laufendem Betrieb dahingehend angepasst bzw. erweitert werden, sodass dort, statt der heutigen 75 Stadtbahnen, zukünftig bis zu 120 Stadtbahnfahrzeuge instandgehalten und abgestellt werden können. Die Umgestaltung des Betriebshofs erfordert auch die Anpassung der Betriebsgebäude durch Neuerrichtung, Anbau und/oder Umbau. Die Realisierung erfolgt gestaffelt und nach aktueller Planung in 2 Bauphasen.
