## About this tender

Předmětem této nadlimitní veřejné zakázky je zajištění kompletní projektové dokumentace pro realizaci výstavby carportu vč. zabudované fotovoltaické elektrárny, na, to celé umístněné na parkovišti před zimním stadionem. Součástí projektové dokumentace bude stavebně technická úprava stávající parkovací plochy v takovém rozsahu, aby byla zajištěna stávající obslužnost zimního stadionu. Dále bude řešen svod dešťové vody z navrhovaných carportů do retenční nádrže a bude prověřeno možné využití bývalé jímky splaškové kanalizace, která se nachází mezi horní částí parkoviště a travnatým povrchem. Součástí bude také návrh umístění bateriového uložiště (např. kontejnerové řešení), a vedení elektroinstalace do zimního stadionu, trafo stanice, a také návrh dobíjecí infrastruktury na parkovišti. Předmět plnění je spolufinancován prostřednictvím Operačního programu Spravedlivá transformace 2021-2027 (OPST), dotačního programu Příprava projektů pro veřejný sektor v projektu „Energetické úspory na Zimním stadionu Ústí nad Labem“, č. žádosti: OPST\_VS\_000032/24.
