The agreement shall primarily cover Agder county, c/o the Cultural School Bag's (DKS) need for hire cars. DKS is a national scheme that ensures that all school pupils in Norway get to experience professional art and culture every year. DKS needs hire cars for touring for artists with equipment. Initially the call-offs for hire cars will be in Agder, but there is also a need to collect/deliver vehicles in Oslo and Stavanger.
