The contract will be signed with several parallel tenderers within the defined disciplines in order to ensure sufficient capacity, flexibility and access to top competence. Ikomm requests a supplier mix that consists of both smaller, specialised professional environments and large tenderers with broad capacity. The competition is therefore designed with low threshold requirements and a clear emphasis on competence, relevance, interaction model and transfer of competence. The call-offs on the framework agreement will primarily apply to assignments for supporting our Owner Municipalities and their IT projects, but can also relate to internal Ikomm projects. ## CPV classification Systems and technical consultancy services Project management consultancy services Software integration consultancy services Information systems or technology planning services IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support Source Tenders Electronic Daily (EU) · Notice 219152-2026 [View official notice](https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/219152-2026) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
