Ces prestations ont vocation à accompagner le pouvoir adjudicateur tout au long de l'opération, qui prend la forme d'un marché public global de performance. Forme du marché - La présente consultation donnera lieu à l'établissement d'un marché ordinaire à prix mixtes (cf. art 2-3du règlement de la consultation) : - avec une partie à prix forfaitaire, portant sur la mission globale qui se déroule en trois phases qui suivent l'évolution du MPGP : rapport initial (APD), rapport intermédiaire (PRO) et rapport final et obtention du label (EXE / chantier / réception) ; - avec une partie à prix unitaire, prenant la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande afin de prendre en compte des prestations complémentaires.
