The boat is intended for passenger operation within Galway Bay. The boat must include a reliable inboard diesel engine, fuel-efficient operation including low emissions, optimized cruising speed for commercial passenger service, excellent maneuverability for harbor operations with full safety and navigation equipment. Quotation to include delivery to Ros a Mhíl Harbour. AWARD PROCESS The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous proposal the Contracting Authority considers having most closely met the requirements for the contract assessed on the basis of the following Award Criteria: 1. Cost: assessed based on Fixed EX VAT Price in the completed Form of Tender 40 marks 2.
