[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Hálók beszerzése (hófogó, fénytörő, hüllőterelő) beszerzése az alábbiak szerint: A „Hálók beszerzése (hófogó, fénytörő, hüllőterelő)” szállítása (adásvétele) a közbeszerzési dokumentációban (azon belül különösen a műszaki leírásban) meghatározottak szerint, a Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. kijelölt mérnökségi telephelyeire 12 hónap határozott időtartamra kötött adásvételi keretszerződés szerint, legfeljebb 200.000.000 Ft. keretösszeg erejéig, Ajánlatkérő általi eseti megrendelés útján. A szállítandó termék típusokat a Közbeszerzési Dokumentumok (Műszaki leírás, és a Tételes ártáblázat) tartalmazza. Ajánlatkérő olyan újrahasznosított műanyaghulladékból készült biztonsági hálókat (hófogó, fénytörő, hüllőterelő (termék, termékek) kíván beszerezni, amelyek esetében a termékben található műanyag tömegének legalább 80%-a fogyasztás utáni műanyaghulladékból származik, és nem tartalmaz halogén tartalmú elemeket. Ajánlatkérő adásvételi keretszerződést kíván kötni összesen nettó 200.000.000 Ft. keretösszeg erejéig. Ajánlatkérő a keretösszeg 70 %-ra (nettó 140.000.000 Ft.) vállal megrendelési kötelezettséget. Ajánlatkérő a szerződés időtartama alatt felmerült igényei alapján jogosult eseti megrendeléseket kibocsátani, egyidejűleg többet is, különböző teljesítési helyekre vonatkozóan. Ajánlatkérő által feltüntetett mennyiségek (fm) becsült mennyiségek, amelyek megrendelésére kötelezettséget nem vállal. A termékek összesített becsült mennyisége: 84 520 fm.
