Procedura desfasurata in temeiul art. Legea 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare. Durata acordului cadru cel mult 12 luni, incepand de la data semnarii si pana la 31.05.2027. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 7 zile.
