Scopul este Executie lucrari aferente contractului „BH-CL-5 Extinderea și reabilitarea rețelelor de alimentare cu apa si canalizare in Oradea – Zona 4 - Rev.1” Lucrarile includ: a) Lucrari de constructie. b) Furnizarea si montarea utilajelor si echipamentelor tehnologice. c) Testare si punere in functiune. d) Remedierea eventualelor defecte aparute in Perioada de garantie de minim 36 luni sau 48/60 luni e) Instruirea personalului Beneficiarului si/sau Operatorului. Răspunsul consolidat, va fi postat astfel: - EC va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate până în a 19–a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor; - EC va transmite raspunsul consolidat la solicitarile de clarificari in a 15-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a nu mai raspunde la nici o solicitare de clarificari dupa expirarea termenului prevazut mai sus.
