## About this tender

Η σύμβαση αφορά την παροχή υπηρεσιών μελετητή/συμβούλου για τον σχεδιασμό νέων αιθουσών και εργαστηρίων σε 9 Τεχνικές Σχολές. Περιλαμβάνει τον σχεδιασμό 23 χώρων (16 αίθουσες και 7 εργαστήρια). Θα εκπονηθεί ολοκληρωμένη αρχιτεκτονική πρόταση για μεταλλικές κατασκευές, μαζί με ηλεκτρολογικές και μηχανολογικές μελέτες. Ο μελετητής θα ετοιμάσει επίσης τα τεύχη διαγωνισμού και τους όρους συμβολαίου κατασκευής. Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της μελέτης και την παράδοση σχεδίων, προδιαγραφών, προϋπολογισμών και σχεδίου ασφάλειας και υγείας, θα προκηρυχθεί ξεχωριστός διαγωνισμός για την κατασκευή. Κατά την υλοποίηση, ο μελετητής θα παρέχει τεχνική υποστήριξη και επίβλεψη έως την ολοκλήρωση του έργου.
