Hierfür wird eine neue Lagerhalle mit einer Grundfläche von ca. 6.600m² errichtet, welche direkt an ein bereits vorhandenes Lagergebäude anschließt. Der Neubau der Lagerhalle erfolgt in 2 Bauabschnitten und soll noch im Jahr 2027 fertiggestellt werden. Parallel hierzu finden Sanierungsarbeiten im Bestandsgebäude statt und es werden die technischen Anlagen erneuert.
