Η προμήθεια των υλικών των ομάδων 2, 4, 6, 8 θα πραγματοποιηθεί με τη διαδικασία του Ανοιχτού Ηλεκτρονικού Διαγωνισμού άνω των ορίων με κριτήριο κατακύρωσης την συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά μόνο βάση τιμής (χαμηλότερη τιμή) ανά ομάδα του ενδεικτικού προϋπολογισμού. Η προμήθεια για κάθε ομάδα θεωρείται ενιαία και όποιος διαγωνιζόμενος υποβάλλει προσφορά για μέρος αυτής δε θα γίνεται δεκτή.
