The agreement includes consultancy services in two main areas: Case handling: The consultants shall assist the child protection service with case handling in accordance with the Child Protection Act, and can carry out assignments included in the professional and practical execution of case handling processes. This can include collecting and structuring information, assessment support, dialogue with relevant actors, document preparation, preparation of decision basis and other professional or administrative assistance that supports the child protection service's work. Parent guidance: The consultants shall provide parent guidance in accordance with the Child Protection Act and the child protection service ́s guidelines.
