In einer ersten Teil-Baumaßnahme erfolgt die Erstellung eines eingeschossigen Erweiterungsbaus in Holzmassivbauweise auf betonierter Bodenplatte, in zwei weiteren Bauabschnitten wird das Bestandsgebäude saniert. Hier ist neben der Modernisierung der technischen Ausstattung der Umbau hinsichtlich moderner Lernformen maßgebend, sowie die Barrierefreiheit. Zu diesem Zweck wird ein Aufzug realisiert. Die Außenanlagen werden überarbeitet und an die neue Gebäudesituation angepasst.
