Smlouva se uzavírá na dobu 48 měsíců. Zajištění předmětu plnění spočívá v následujících dílčích plněních: a) provoz: 1. poskytnutí požadovaných služeb od Poskytovatele (parametry SLA) specifikovaných v Příloze č. 1.1 zadávací dokumentace – Parametry a specifikace poskytovaných služeb (dále též "ZD") (dále též „Příloha č. 1.1 ZD“), mimo jiné poskytnutí konfiguračních a konzultačních hodin technika experta/specialisty v rozsahu 10 hodin měsíčně; 2. poskytnutí služeb vyškoleného technika pro systém Mitel OpenScape Enterprise formou jeho osobní přítomnosti na adrese Praha 1, Letenská 525/15, PSČ 118 10, v pracovní dny od 8:00 do 16:00 hod. v rozsahu uvedeném v Příloze č. 1.1 ZD (dále jen „Provoz“); b) servis: 1. zajištění oprav pro zařízení, jejichž specifikace a počet je uveden v Příloze č. 1.2 ZD – Specifikace servisované technologie (dále též „Příloha č. 1.2 ZD“); 2. poskytnutí služeb servisu dle kategorizace závad v reakčních dobách a v dobách oprav dle Přílohy č. 1 ZD – Závazný návrh smlouvy (dále jen „Závazný návrh smlouvy“); 3. bezplatné poskytnutí nezbytných produktů k servisu (jako např. náhradní díly, jednotlivé prvky telefonní ústředny apod.)
