## About this tender

Tuath Housing Association invites requests to participate in a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation for the establishment of a single-party framework agreement for the provision of a Cloud-Based Cost Rental Assessment System. The system will support application intake, eligibility assessment, document management, communication workflows, case management, reporting, and integration with existing systems. The solution is also expected to incorporate automation and AI-assisted capabilities to improve efficiency, consistency, and decision-making. The contract will have an initial duration of four (4) years, with the option to extend for up to three (3) additional one-year periods (4+1+1+1), subject to satisfactory performance and continued business need. The estimated maximum contract value is €700,000 (exclusive of VAT).
