Ηλεκτρονικός ανοιχτός Διαγωνισμός άνω των ορίων µε σφραγισµένες προσφορές, για την προμήθεια καυσίμων κίνησης και θέρμανσης CPV 09132100­4 ,CPV 09134100­8, CPV 09134200­9,CPV 091351005 για τις Οργανικές μονάδες ΥΠΑ», (ετήσιες ανάγκες) συμπεριλαμβανομένων νομίμων κρατήσεων και ΦΠΑ 24% . Το κριτήριο κατακύρωσης είναι η πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά προσδιοριζόμενη αποκλειστικά βάσει της τιμής . Η συνολική προϋπολογισθείσα δαπάνη ανέρχεται στο ποσό των τριακοσίων πενήντα τεσσάρων χιλιάδων εκατόν οκτώ ευρώ (354.108,00 €) (285.570,97 άνευ ΦΠΑ) .Οι ποσότητες είναι σε λίτρα.
