Ziel ist die Ausstattung einer Büroetage im 12. Obergeschoss eines Bürogebäudes in Frankfurt am Main mit den im Leistungsverzeichnis gem. Anlage 1a benannten Gegenständen auf Grundlage eines bereits erstellten Raumkonzepts. Vorliegend ist in Bezug auf die konkreten Büromöbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände im Rahmen des Leistungsverzeichnisses eine Produktvorgabe vorgesehen. Diese Produktvorgaben beruhen auf einem ästhetischen Gesamtkonzept zur Ausstattung einer Büroetage zur Nutzung als Coworking-space durch die Auftraggeberin. Der Einsatz der konkreten Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände aus aufeinander abgestimmten Produktfamilien in dem vorgegebenen Farb- und Materialkonzept gewährleistet einen optisch einheitlichen, harmonischen Gesamteindruck. Aus diesem Grund erfolgt eine produktbezogene Ausschreibung mit Produkten der im Leistungsverzeichnis (Anlage 1a) benannten Hersteller.
