La présente consultation concerne les travaux de terrassement en astreinte et interventions sur canalisations amiante-ciment pour la Direction de l'Eau de la Métropole Rouen Normandie. La présente consultation fixe, dans le cadre du Cahier des Clauses Techniques Générales (fascicule n° 71), les conditions techniques particulières d'exécution des travaux de terrassement d'urgence réalisés sur les réseaux d'eau potable exploités en régie directe, dans le cadre de l'astreinte, ainsi que les interventions sur des canalisations amiante-ciment en astreinte, comme en journée (réparation de fuite, raccordement de conduite, prise en charge de branchement...). Une variante libre peut être proposée décrivant une méthode alternative d'intervention (méthodologie, matériels et engins utilisés…) visant à réduire de manière significative les nuisances liées au chantier
