Součástí díla je zajištění publicity. Dílo bude zpracované v režimu BIM, dle BIM Protokolu včetně příloh. Rozsah díla je: a) zhotovení stavby dle zadávací dokumentace, b) zpracování Realizační dokumentace stavby, c) vypracování Dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby v režimu BIM včetně geodetické části a dokladů pro kolaudaci (popis odchylek a dokumentaci pro povolení stavby s vyznačením odchylek.
