The project is anchored in the town council ́s decision on further development of Fisketorget. The city council decided that the realisation of a new concept with grinda buildings at Fisketorget, including operation, shall be put out for competition. The contract will be valid for 10 years from when the building has been erected and is in operation, with an option for a 5 year extension.
