This is a process that ensures open, fair, and unbiased access to EuroHPC supercomputers, AI Factories and Quantum Computers. In this line, the EuroHPC JU wishes to procure and evolve its own private platform, tailor-made for the requirements, the specific processes and peer-review workflows implemented for the Joint Undertaking. EuroHPC JU is seeking to procure supply and establish the service for at least a period of 3 years, due to the importance of the peer-review process and the complexity to migrate and operate a completely new platform.
