Le premier volet couvre la réalisation d'inspections dans les domaines du gros-œuvre (structure, façades, toitures, menuiseries extérieures, etc.), du second-œuvre (faux-plafonds, faux-planchers, cloisons, revêtements, etc.), de la stabilité des techniques spéciales et des abords extérieurs. Le deuxième volet comprend la mission de contrôle technique spécialisé en construction dans le cadre d'acquisitions et/ou d'études et/ou de travaux de réalisation de divers projets immobiliers au sein des Comités.
