Depot für BLB, SKH, SMNK, 76189 Karlsruhe, Karlsruhe, Depot für BLB, SKH, SMNK, Ingenieurleistungen nach Teil 4 Abschnitt 2 HOAI (Anlagengruppen 1,2,3,8), Lph. 2-3,5-9. Umbau und Ertüchtigung der bestehenden Lagerhalle in ein gemeinsames Depot für alle drei Landesmuseen; Staatliches Museum für Naturkunde Karlsruhe (SMNK), Badisches Landesmuseum (BLM) und die Staatliche Kunsthalle Karlsruhe (SKK). Das Objekt besitzt eine Heizungsanlage, mehrere Lüftungsanlagen, Sanitärinstallationen und eine Gebäudeautomation, die entsprechend den neuen Gegebenheiten angepasst werden müssen. Es ist eine neue Lüftungsanlage und eine dezentrale Be- und Entfeuchtung der Raumluft zu realisieren.
