Провеждането на обществената поръчка цели придобиване по съответния регламентиран нормативен ред на актуална информация относно основните характеристики на строежите; необходимите за предприемане мерки за поддържането им; сроковете за извършване на ремонти; указанията и инструкциите за безопасна експлоатация. Възлагането се предвижда за осъществяване в изпълнение на общото задължение на собствениците за поддържане на строежите в техническо състояние, отговарящо на основните изисквания по чл. 169, ал. 1 и 3 ЗУТ; за неизвършване и недопускане на извършването на промени в тях, които водят или могат да доведат до влошаване на проектните нива на съответствие с изискванията за целия строеж или за отделни негови характеристики, по аргумент от чл. 196 от ЗУТ. Срок за изпълнение: По предложение на участниците, но не повече от 90 календарни дни, считано от датата на изпращане, постъпване на писмено уведомление за осигурено финансиране у Изпълнителя, представяне от последния на гаранция за изпълнение, съгласно проекта на договор по съответната обособена позиция и представяне на необходимите изходни данни от Възложителя за изпълнение на услугата.
