El objeto del contrato será la ejecución de las obras comprendidas en el proyecto denominado “EJECUCIÓN 47 VIVIENDAS PROTEGIDAS DE PROMOCIÓN PÚBLICA A EJECUTAR EN LA PARCELA CUEVAS CHO PORTADA, EN EL TÉRMINO MUNICIPAL DE GRANADILLA DE ABONA DE LA PROVINCIA DE SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE” redactado por el arquitecto D. David Miguel Navas, colegiado número 2.859 del Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Canarias, con la finalidad de contribuir al incremento de la oferta pública de vivienda pública en régimen de alquiler en la isla de Tenerife, en ejecución del Plan de Vivienda de Canarias 2020-2025.
